Refund terms and conditions for tour cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges apply based on the date we receive your written notice:

If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting point or hotel on the start date without prior notice, no refund will be issued. We strongly recommend arriving at least one day before your tour begins.
If you choose to cut short your safari or climb for personal reasons (illness, fatigue, change of plans), no refund will be provided for unused portions of the tour. We will assist with arrangements to return you to your starting point, at your expense.

In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your trip to an alternative date at no extra cost. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred (flights, visas, insurance).
Neither party shall be liable for cancellation due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: war, terrorism, pandemic, natural disaster, government action, or civil unrest. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a credit for future travel valid for 12 months.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. If you cancel due to a covered reason (medical emergency, family bereavement), your insurance provider may reimburse you for non-refundable tour costs. We will provide all necessary documentation to support your claim.
If you wish to transfer your booking to another person, we allow name changes up to 14 days before departure, subject to a $50 administrative fee per change. The new traveler must meet all tour requirements.
